India is a wonderful country, but for someone who has not been there for a while, or ever, it can be overwhelming. Insights2india took all the worry out of the visit – comfortable cars with reliable drivers were waiting and on time, hotels were exactly what we expected and were led to believe, and the one problem that came up was efficiently and painlessly dealt with. I have every intention of using them again and shall recommend them without hesitation.

On behalf of all in my group I want to let you know that we had a wonderful time and a marvelous holiday. We were very happy with the expert way you made arrangements to take care of all our travel needs even the minor ones. Our driver Mr. Rejoy Thomas was an excellent driver and very cheery and helpful person. He was always at hand to help us with any problems we had. All the hotels were excellent and the staff took care of us very well. However I think the Uday Samudra in Kovalam is not advisable for older people who want peace and a restful stay. All the guides were very good and knowledgeable. As we enjoyed the holiday so much and were very impressed with the arrangements you made I have recommended Insights 2 India to all my friends.

Thank you so much for organising our tour to South India. I can't begin to tell you how much we enjoyed it. It was fantastic. All of us have decided that there wasn't just one highlight to the tour, it was all of it. The arrangements that you made on our behalf ran like clockwork. We were met at every location by lovely guides and representatives and the driver that we had from Madurai to Bangalore was a star. We had such a laugh with him and felt totally safe with his driving. The hotels you booked for us were all outstanding, and it was nice to have a selection of heritage, former colonial hill stations and modern hotels. We were all very sad to leave, but my husband and myself have decide we will be back next year and will be using your services again.

I have really enjoyed my tour - fantastic and memorable are that words that spring to mind. The tour went very well and the only real hitch was the car braking down at Kalinjar Fort - however once the agent had been made aware of the situation he did everything he could to sort things out. The organisational arrangements were very good/effective and so there was little for me to worry about - just sit back and enjoy India! I often arrange my own tours and so having someone else make the arrangements is a little unusual for me - however I would recommend your services to anyone and don't believe that they could do better. You offer a bespoke service which many travel companies do not really offer and no request is too much trouble. Thank you again for arranging a fantastic and memorable tour.

We had a great memorable trip and the itinerary you arranged was well planned and gave us good value. If more time was available, we would have stayed an extra day in Delhi, Jaipur, Chennai and Mumbai. Thanks for your help and concern. Overall we received excellent service from your people in terms of meeting us, arrangements at the hotels and getting us back to the airports. Some of the guides were hard to understand but all were very knowledgeable about their cities and about Indian history. The only annoyance was the dinner. In most places we had to discuss the arrangements and they generally allowed us to eat off of a limited menu or in an Indian restaurant where they had better food than in the buffet. I would recommend that you discourage tourist from taking this dinner option because of the hassle involved and because eating a dinner buffet and then a breakfast buffet the next morning is too much food.

Thank you & your staff for making my trip to India so successful & enjoyable. Everything was exactly as I wanted. The trips were interesting & the guides excellent, exceeding my expectations. The hotel was very good as was the transport & drivers. I found Mumbai an interesting city to visit & hope that I am able to visit India again some day. We would very much like to thank you for your excellent organisation of our wonderful visit to India. Everything went according to the planned itinerary, which you had put together for us. The driver, Palak, was an excellent and very safe driver and all our guides were very good especially our guide, Rajeev, in Agra, who was just outstanding. We used Insights 2 India for a six-week journey from Calcutta to Darjeeling to Benares to Udaipur to Madras and at each point we found that our needs had been heard and put into action. Of course there were minor imperfections-- it was a long trip!--but then we found Reju Jacob ready to help in his intelligent and charming way. If we go to India again we will certainly use their services again. For what they charge the trouble they save is invaluable.

Oscar and I are now back into our everyday routines after a fantastic break. We would like to thank you for arranging and planning such an amazing itinerary. We have just returned to our home in Seattle Washington, USA, after our terrific twenty-two day journey through northern India. We are in the middle of our rainy season and I am missing the clear beautiful days of November in India. Actually our journey started last spring when I was doing Internet research to find out what was possible and whom to work with. I found that there were hundreds of tour companies providing services to India. However, your company rose to the top, first because of the kinds of group tours that you advertised, but more specifically through the efficient way that you responded to my inquiry about a private tour. You immediately designed a program that had a beautiful balance of city, village and nature, included a variety of antiquities and modern India. Also we were delighted that you scheduled just about every kind of transportation possible; plane, car, train, boat, even an elephant ride! And due to all of the efficiently, the support, the knowledge, and frankly the luxury, we could focus on the reason that we went to India in the first place; to experience first hand the unique land and culture that is India! "Namaste! We arrived home safely after an easy but long trip via London. We were happy we checked into the Hyatt at the airport-not only is it beautiful but we were very pleased with their services. What can I say-the trip was beyond our expectations. The services you arranged were excellent at every level. The guides outstanding particularly in Mumbai, Chennai and Madurai. We loved being able to stop whenever something interesting caught our eye. Our driver for 6 days, Joseph was the best we've ever had and made those days most exciting-we always felt safe and he was flexible and knowledgable as to the area in Kerala-visited hospitals, orphanages etc. The Park Hyatt Goa was amazing-never had such service-food in all 4 restaurants tops. From the first contact with Insights2India we were impressed by the professionalism of the organization. Our trip was specifically tailored for us over a few months culminating it the smoothest tour we have ever experienced. From the moment we cleared customs in Delhi to the moment we left India two weeks later we were wonderfully taken care of.
