All our proposals will have the following terms and conditions:

Price Inclusions

Included in all itineraries:
* Accommodation in standard double/ twin rooms.
* Daily breakfast at coffee shop.
* Transport using private air-conditioned car/van with driver.
* Fuel, driver's expenses, toll, tax, parking fees etc.
* Services of local English speaking (qualified) guides.
* Entrance fees.
* Professional charges for execution of tour arrangements.
* All applicable taxes.

The following will be included in the respective itineraries:
* Common boat ride on lake Periyar, Thekkady for game viewing.
* Backwater cruise to view sunset in Kumarakom.
* Motorboat ride in Kochi for sightseeing.
* Kathakali dance drama in Kochi.

Train fares inclusions:
* AC chair car from Chennai - Bangalore - Chennai

Airfare
This will be quoted separately and will be subject to availabilty at the time of booking.

Price Exclusions

Any international airfares, visa fees*, insurance, expenses of personal nature viz., tips, porterage, table drinks, camera fees, laundry charges etc.

*Tourist visa is mandatory and should be procured prior to arrival into India.

Payment

We would require deposit of 10-25% of the total tour cost to enable us to go ahead with the reservations. Balance can be made 15-30 days prior to the tour commencement, or on arrival in India.

Cancellation Policy

* Upto 45 days prior to tour date - 25% of deposit.
* Upto 30 days prior to tour date - 50% of deposit.
* Upto 15 days prior to tour date - 75% of deposit.
* Upto 07 days prior to tour date - 100% of deposit.
